These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through fyringsvakta.no and govern the agreement between the buyer and Pellementmaker Steinvik (Fyringsvakta)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms of Sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Products are manufactured in small batches or made to order, and some products are adapted to the selected stove or configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All orders are reviewed manually. An order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During periods of high demand, delivery times may be up to approximately 2 months, depending on the product, production capacity, and season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We reserve the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n All prices are stated in NOK and include VAT where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Payment is made when the order is processed and confirmed. For products with a production lead time, payment may be completed before the product has been manufactured and shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Available payment methods may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n When paying with Vipps, the amount may be reserved when the order is placed and charged once the order has been reviewed and confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For orders requiring manual adjustment, such as delivery to Svalbard or exports outside Norway, the price and VAT may be adjusted before payment is completed or an invoice is issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Norwegian VAT is charged where required under applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For deliveries to Svalbard or exports outside Norway, Norwegian VAT may be removed when the conditions for VAT exemption are met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The buyer is responsible for any local VAT, import duties, customs charges, customs clearance fees, or other costs incurred when importing the goods into the destination country, unless otherwise expressly agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Products are manufactured in small batches, and delivery times may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The stated delivery time is an estimate. If significant delays occur, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Shipping costs are shown in the order or agreed separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The buyer is responsible for providing the correct name, delivery address, and contact information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fyringsvakta is manufactured according to the customer\u2019s selected specification. When placing an order, the customer selects the stove model for which the product is to be configured. This selection determines the product variant to be manufactured and which stove-specific components are ordered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Products manufactured according to the customer\u2019s selected stove model and configuration are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer\u2019s specifications, pursuant to Section 22(e) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The standard right of withdrawal does not apply to such customer-specific products.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct stove model and configuration are selected before placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If an order can be changed or cancelled before production or procurement has begun, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request where practicable. This does not constitute a general right to cancel an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable Norwegian law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Any defects or issues should be reported as soon as possible after they are discovered. The notification should include the order number and a description of the issue, preferably with photos where relevant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Normal wear and tear, damage resulting from improper use, or use contrary to the product\u2019s operating and safety recommendations will not normally be considered a defect in the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fyringsvakta is designed for use with compatible cooking equipment and stoves. The use of stoves, fuel, and cooking equipment involves inherent risks and requires proper handling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The user is responsible for following the stove manufacturer\u2019s instructions as well as the safety information provided with Fyringsvakta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When used in tents or other partially enclosed spaces, adequate ventilation is essential. Combustion can produce carbon monoxide (CO), which is an odourless and highly toxic gas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The product should not be regarded as a substitute for proper use, adequate ventilation, or supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pellementmaker Steinvik is not liable for damage resulting from improper or unsafe use, inadequate ventilation, or use contrary to the instructions provided with the product or by the stove manufacturer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pellementmaker Steinvik<\/strong> Questions regarding orders, payment, delivery, returns, or products can be sent to the email address above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We reserve the right to update these Terms of Sale without prior notice.
